Pre-grease bearing with hand grease gun |
Remove greasing nipple from bearing with wrench |
Reduction adapters from G1/4 to M6x1; M8x1; G1/8 |

| PRESSURE BUILD-UP |
After activation, greasing units require a certain set-up time for pressure to develop. Batteries start an electro-pneumatic reaction and internal pressure builds up behind the piston. Greasing starts after the correct pressure is reached. Pressure will be maintained even if the unit is switched off for a time. When the unit is switched on again, greasing starts immediately due to existing pressure. Simply set the desired running time and mount the greasing unit. The following table indicated the build-up times.

QUICK OPTION
If immediate greasing is desired, set all dip switches to the ON position. Pressure build-up time will e approximately 6-8 hours. Afterwards, click switches to the desired settings (see Lubrication Options table below).
